We have a site [login to view URL] We need to modify the css and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] files so it does not have the gaps shown in the attached images. In the [login to view URL] file (when youclick on a picture and see the interpretation) the side panels get a blue box at the top and the middle panel shifts down. it is probably a very small thing but we need to optimize this for IE and FF. - Keep W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional "[login to view URL]" - Keep W3C Valid CSS 2.1 "[login to view URL]" - Meet W3C Valid MobileOK Basic [Beta] (No tests fail, negotiable.) "[login to view URL]" - Current gaps in tables layout must be corrected. (See attached screen capture images.) - Ability to change fonts/styles in stylesheet for all sections with content (Titles, paragraphs, etc.) - No fixed table heights in main content section (Below the header and above the footer.) Content area and side columns must be able to expand vertically, cleanly, to hold all needed paragraphs. - Consistent viewing/style across popular browsers and multiple screen/window resolutions and font sizes. - Reduce file sizes of background images to improve page load time. - Shockwave scrolling objects must be 100 pixels wide on both sides, for both PHP pages.
