Create Valid WP Theme from PSD

Dear Worker, I have an existing PSD design that I need to be implemented in an install-able WordPress Theme The Theme should be able to handle Widgets and Plugins should the need arise. Typical plugins would be gallery (Nextgen) and ContactForm 7 there will need to be an image slider on the home page This is an urgent job and only people who have the immediate resources to complete the job in the given time need to apply.
