Content Management system

This task is " Content management system" . The online webbased system should be built with: 1. PHP, 2. MYSQL 3. HTML, CSS and FALSH This is a management system where one can register thousands of customers/students via sign-up and registration and should be flexible to future use if more registration content is needed from customers. It should be able to login registered user and the user can have a personalised section where the customer can 1. View their personal details, Change password, 2. view results/outcome of results if it is a student...e.g student A: sucess...you are promoted 3. Mail the owner via their web section, make appointment online, read news page that the site wanted them to read 4. The registration shoud have more info about the customer and it is more than one page, we can use save and continue button to get on with the next page. 5. Make payment via visa card or via other means. 6. This will have school selected and there will be answer from the database of the answer: like school admitted to because of result are: school1 and school1. I can explian via chat. The admin, He should be able to; [url removed, login to view], delete, or remove users [url removed, login to view] users details, view statistics via jpgraph of nubers of students/ customers that have registered or have been added unto the system and keeping records of date registered and progress. 3. He should be able to help upload progress results to the studnets pages and each students will see different results. 4. Search students/ customers on the databases... There will be third integrator: staff...staff details should be different from customers/students...That's all about it. Please note, I have more information and fileds that I would want to appear on the Online Registtartion system. I can always upload as a document so that you can see the rest of the things needed on the project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
