Community Driven Competition Site

This project is subject to ideas that cannot be disclosed so this description will be somewhat vague. However the functionality of the site will be typical and will not involve any kind of new technology. Major components will include: * Typical user system. * User profile page including gallery and personal forum along with various statistics and ability to edit user profile and settings. * User content submission. * Voting and Commenting system. * Forum. * Blog. * Content Management System that controls all of the above. Global Features that will be tied into basically all site objects: * RSS Feeds * Microformats * Social Site Submission (Digg, [login to view URL], Stumple Upon etc.) * Detailed record keeping on users such as number of comments and average voting score. * Custom programming is preferred however we are open to a customized Drupal site with custom modules. We will provide html/css layouts ready for programming. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
