CSS2 Expert - Ruby on Rails CMS(repost)

I'm doing a CMS application on Ruby on Rails. The project will last a maximum of about 2 weeks - working about 1/2 the time. You will be working with me closely. Doing so 1/2 time will allow us both to work off each other's changes so you may work one day and have deliverables and I'll do the same the next. You will not be 'creating a cms system' - this project revolves around creating the 'skinning' portion of the CMS. Heavy use of CSS (especially techniques as applied by sites like [login to view URL]) and UI [D]HTML design. The application will allow, without html/css knowledge, the user to make site wide look and feel changes using the following variables (just as an example). Images -Header -Background Layout -Centered -Liquid Colors -Text -Background --Links ---color ---Hover ---visited The ideal candidate will have expert level CSS capabilities (verifiable), a strong willingness/desire to learn Rails, is productive, proactive and easy to get along with. Following are the skills I need - in order of desirability. CSS HTML and DHTML Javascript Photoshop RoR SVN Working with rails is cool and fun. Looking forward to hearing from you. :Paul ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
