CSS/Design/Javascript expert help wanted

For a web solution, I have a menubar with a number of specific icons (8 in all, in the right of the screen), on icon mouseover I want a Vimeo-type height definable dropdown to appear containing a number of items pertaining to the 'icon', it is essential that the number of items in the dropdown can be defined, and that it is possible to scroll down the dropdownlist, also past the height defined. It is imperatiove that the dropdown has round corners and a freely definable background color, and that the content of the dropdown can be freely defined. ## Deliverables Link to an example of a vimeo type dropdown <[login to view URL]> Only difference here is that instead of textbased menu points, my wish is for the 'dropdown' activators to be icons. And that it should be possible to move down the list with arrows or mouse and choose with mouseclick and or enter button. And if the list contains more items than can be shown within height defined dropdown that a scroll (:not a scrollbar!) will be possible.
