CONDO/RESORT XML SITE

You will be building an condo/hotel reservation system using a vendor provided XML API. Display featured properties, simple and advanced search, details on property, reservation and payment processing. Your will be fully experienced with XML API integration and website design. This project must be completed no later than December 31, 2008. Code & design is to be separate (a template system may be used on approval). Website design will be CSS compliant - NO TABLES. All code is to be php and highly documented. Search Results will be cached 12 hours (this will be definable in back end) All images downloaded via xml will be stored on server, code will check images every 7 (this will be a definable option) days for new image and download on search/presentation. A complete administrator back end will be created. This will include selecting properties for promotion. Custom emails for reservations and confirmations Complete reservations and payment details. Ability to export reservations data to spreadsheet. Integration with credit card processors xml interface. May be [login to view URL] or other. Levels of access- admin, accounting, marketing, reservations A user interface will provided to allow admin to add additional properties that may not be included in the xml. This will allow for uploading of images and date defined pricing. Also vendor details will be required for these properties. You will be using an XML API provided by our vendor. Technical questions regarding the xml api must be directed to the vendor onboarding team once project is awarded. All design and other question to go to the FVC product manager. Exact functionality will be similar to our vendors site. Url will be provided in private message. You will be paid via GAF and based upon the following milestones. 25% Of bid amount on presentation of wireframe, displaying live xml data and back office reservations and export ability. Immediately after payment, working code to loaded to our server, installed and functioning. 25% of bid amount paid on completed site design and live xml data integration. Immediately after payment , code to loaded to our server, installed and functioning. 25% of Bid amount paid on completion of back office integration, reporting and design adjustments and mods. Immediately after payment code to loaded to our server, installed and functioning. 25% Final payment paid on completion of all code, bug fixes.
