Article site, login, ratings, comments, MySQL, PHP

This project is for an article site with features, like login, profile for authors with picture, comments on articles (visitor log in), RSS on all catogory pages, translate script on all article pages, rating and stats for all authors and articles. Index shows newest and most popular articles, authors. It also has some room for a poll and a general message. All articles and comments are reviewed before being posted through an online management system. Categories are also entered/managed that way. Integration with e-mail list for authors and visitors. Sign up for e-mails when new articles in specified categories are posted. A few nice Ajax or other high tech looking touches are welcome. In general, the site should be very easy to navigate and clearly presented. Very basic all CSS liquid layout to fit any size screen. Print and Mobile device stylesheet. I'd like a 30 "guarantee" to tweak and make minor changes and of course instruction. (MySQL, PHP) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform browser versions from the last three years.
