Amazon XML Product Feed from OpenCart MYSQL DB - repost

Please don't bid on this project if you do not understand what is required. I have just spent HOURS trying to educate another to get this project done only to find myself reposting it.. The requirement is to setup XML document exchange between Amazon and OpenCart utilizing the Amazon Merchant Transport Utility (AMTU). Requirements are well documented by Amazon. At the minute we fulfil orders locally and via Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA). So there are two stocks for the same products, one locally in our location in York and another stock in Amazon's warehouse. Each will be distinguished by SKU, so in short there will be two products in our database for each product, both the same but housed separately. For Example; Array ( [1] => Array ( [SKU] => 64423 [StandardProductID] => 738678239148 [Title] => American Crew Classic Anti-Dandruff Hair Shampoo (250ml) [Brand] => American Crew [Location] => York ) [2] => Array ( [SKU] => 64424 [StandardProductID] => 738678239148 [Title] => American Crew Classic Anti-Dandruff Hair Shampoo (250ml) [Brand] => American Crew [Location] => Amazon ) The requirement is to add/update inventory to amazon from our own database and import orders updating stock levels. Using the Amazon Merchant Transport Utility. The AMTU is a neat little tool which will retreive and send xml files to and from Amazon, hence transport utility. If you can read and understand the amazon requirements then you only need to understand that the AMTU will send and receive files. One more thing that is require is this; Each product may be listed under multiple Amazon ASIN numbers, so each product needs to be forced to list under the ASIN not just the UPC Number (Barcode). For example the product below could be listed under UPC number '738678239148', if this is done amazon will assign it to an ASIN number, and so of the 3 ASIN numbers our product will only list once.
