AdSense/eBay/Clickbank/Amazon Website Template

Hi there,

I need a website template. I don't like the word template, what I want is a "ready made website" style product which I will be selling.

I need a website with integrated with Google AdSense, Clickbank, eBay and Amazon ads. This will be a money making website. I want the website to be split into five sections. Computers, Cars, Finance, Travel and Shopping. Each section should have about 10 content pages. Altogether the website should be about 50 pages.

The content should automatically update regularly. Like auto updating articles or something. You do NOT need to write the articles yourself, you can use feeds from articles directories or something, maybe RSS feeds.

As I will be selling this website I need this website to be very easy to setup by my customers. They should be able to easily add their own AdSense/Clickbank/eBay/Amazin IDs by a search and replace program (Which I can provide) or by simply changing a single config file or some sort.

Graphics are not needed as I will be doing them myself.

I need someone who knows they can do this and not figure it out as they go along. This isn't a big task to someone who knows what they're doing.

I need good clean work, without errors in the design and coding as I will be selling this product and building a brand.

I will only pay after the work is completed and I prefer to pay by Paypal. I also prefer to work with someone from the UK, USA, Canada and Australia as I want to be able to communicate well in english.
