add background image to one menu item on a WordPress site

I need to have a "facebook graphics" background image put onto the background behind one (1) menu item. The menu item is still just a menu item, but I need you to put in a background image, as you can see in the attached file called "[url removed, login to view]"

look where the normal menu item "facebook" is - then look at the "[url removed, login to view]"
also I have included the facebook background image as a transparent PNG file, that should "wrap around" the facebook menu item...
This should be a really easy job for an experienced CSS & WordPress developer
