I need a WordPress Theme + database created based on the attached design for a real estate agent. There will be much attention to all the details. The client will be focused on how all the fonts, spacing, images, etc is styled. (I will be too.) It has to be EXACTLY the same as the design. A plugin will need to be developed to allow new house listings to be added, deleted, and updated. (All fields and info will be provided.) There is a PDF attached with a few notes. Once the bid is accepted, I will upload the AI file + web ready images. Looking for a high quality job. Timeline is 8 - 10 days. Standard Terms: - Worker agrees not to use work in their portfolio or to take credit for work performed. - All rights to work performed belong to Employer.
