Convert HTML - Wordpress Theme

I need to take the HTML of sports tips today . co . uk / site important : / site otherwise you wont see it. Take a Look at it you can see all the pages are built with content, I need this turning in to a ready made theme that I can work with. Dont worry about hooking anything up as yet. i.e forms etc.. Just navigation and sections on each page. Please Note : I am looking for an individual that has sensible hourly rates who has looked at the site and can say the following. My Hourly Rate = X it will take me Xhrs so my bid is X and i will start X Please understand I wont be accepting any silly quotes, if i get the impression you havent looked at the site I also will be ignoring the bid. I have a team of developers and I am looking for someone to impress me with sensible rates and quick quality workmanship so I can give you more work. Advantage - It would help me to find someone who really can work with wordpress plugins.
