Changing easy comments upload plugin image display on custom

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.3.1, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers.

The site uses the the easy comments upload plugin. This plugin enables commenter to attach images to their comments. I had a programmer that made some customization to the plugin.

Besides, I had a programmer create a custom recent comments widget. It is at the bottom left of the site. The widget, among other things, displays the images that where attached to the comments using the easy comments upload plugin.

I want the height of the image displayed by the widget to be not more than 350 PIX. See

The image should keep its proportions.

The work should not affect the way images are displayed on posts.

The project should be completed within 24 hours of being awarded the project.

The work will be done on a test site, and when successful done on a live site.

Project will be considered finished 7 days after the programmer finishes. This is to allow for testing and bug solving.
