Build a Wordpress site.

Hello, thanks for your interest. I have a project but I have wish this could be done right because I lost more than a month with a freelancer from here that just dindnt answer me anymore. This is what I need: A wordpress blog template like this below. [login to view URL] The wordpress site should be installed at my host and done with all the most important plugins used today. Should have all girlie and shopping things around the template. The logo is like that: the name of the blog is "[login to view URL]". In portuguese that means "little miss" so I need something like that, a litle kid with a lot of miss stuff and with a litle dog too. That should be done with the name harmonicaly with the name. I gonna use that at the head of the blog. Another good thing is put somewhere a red carpet like the Oscar show The font should be one called "Marguerite" So, I need the doll with white skin and black hair at the logo, but I also need 3 more things. 2 more dolls apart , one should be brown and the other should be blond. The last one should be a baby crawling. All 3 should have different style and clothes.
