Bahano Wordpress Template

We want to the create a wordpress theme which is similar to zomato.com. Certain functionalities from zomato are not necessary. There are 6 pages pictorial documentation that has been prepared by us. The document will be shared with once you're hired. The project deadline is 30 days. We need everything to be implemented from the document. There may be certain small additional modules to be added later. The template must be using responsive design. We will only like to hire Indian as our budget is small. Please bid only if you feel you're capable of creating the template. We do not want to start-up and then here it is not possible and other silly reasons. We are looking towards one guy who can deliver on time. Also we need daily updates on the project and we do thorough review of the code. The budget is approx 20k to 30k.
