Add Paypal subscription/recurring payments for Wordpress

I'm using the Real Estate wordpress theme from Templatic.COM. The theme I'm using is at: [login to view URL] WHAT I HAVE NOW The theme allows users to post their property for sale for a length of time that I determine in my admin area. The website also charges the user a one-time fee for their listing using paypal. I can set the fee in the admin area. Once the time period is up, the listing is removed from my website WHAT I NEED I need a fantastic coder to change the current paypal payment from a one-time payment to a recurring or subscription payment. I must be able to use the admin area to set the monthly fee and once the user cancels their monthly payment it must delete their listing on my website at the end of the month. Please don't waste my time or yours if you don't know what you're doing.
