convert fortran code to PHP code

Hello, (1) I have a fortran program which I want to be converted to PHP. (2) It uses simple DAT files-- I also want you to convert the DAT file into SQL Server (3) You also have to provide me with the database schema with a description and usage scenario for each field. Even if you do only one of the 3 things mentioned above, please put in a bid-- kindly mention in your bid which (or some or all) of the points mentioned above you are willing to work on, and how many days you will require.
