Design 25 web pages (.psd only) based on existing template - HTML not required

We currently have 10 of the main pages of our website already designed. We need a designer to complete the design of the remaining 25 pages based on our existing designs. The main template of the pages has already been done - the logo, navigation, footer, etc. And many of the pages will be very similar to pages we already have designed. We simply need the designer to create .psd's with the design for the remaining pages. Most of the designs will be very basic, and many of the pages are similar to one another. We mainly need help with layout - you will not need to develop icons, etc. We will provide you with the .psd files for the 10 pages that have already been completed. We will also provide you with wireframes for the remaining 25 pages. You will need to translate those wireframes into .psd designs which will match the look-and-feel of the 10 completed pages. We already have an XHTML/CSS coder who will turn the .psd's into XHTML/CSS code so you will not need to provide us with code. You will only need to provide the .psd's. Designer must be comfortable in designing for sites that will be built in XHTML/CSS 1.0 Strict. We will use very few graphics on the site - all text will be rendered via XHTML/CSS and code will be tableless so designer must have experience designing for this type of site. The design must be renderable and attractive in XHTML/CSS. Please provide a price quote as well a link to your design portfolio. Designer should be available to start immediately and complete designs within 10 days. As we mentioned previously, the designs should be fairly simple and many pages are similar to one another, so completing several pages a day should be possible. A sample completed page and a sample wireframe for a page we need can be provided upon request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Photoshop, design must be renderable in XHTML/CSS 1.0 Strict although designer will not need to provide XHTML/CSS code.
