Customised recycle bin

This is an urgent project for a 'not for profit' organisation. We have created a character for our client that is being used in a short animation on their web site. I want visitors to the website to be able to click on a download to have the recycle bin on their desktop replaced by ths character. Option A is simply to have an icon our character replace the trash can icon on the recycle bin. Option B would be to have an animated version of our character (with his teeth moving up and down very fast like those wind up plastic teeth) when the user puts something in the recycle bin. Ideally accompanied by 'shredding' noise (i have the sound file) it has to be very simple to do, the site visitors will not be able/capable of doing anything that requires manual intervention. A series of 'yes', 'agree, or 'next' to permit the install is as much as i can hope for. Although it would be OK just to make it available to windows users i would like to be able to offer the same to mac users as well. Preference will be given to bidders who can offer both. A non disclosure will be required. All IP (intellectual property rights) will pass across to my company.
