Create custom gui controls for use in C# program

We have a program called CrosuS, which you can download in it's current form from [login to view URL] We are in the process of redesigning the GUI and need a skilled programmer to assist with the creation of some custom controls to make the window look the way we want. I'm attaching a screenshot of the mockup that we want. We want you to implement a window that looks like this in C#. We can handle actually hooking everything up, you'll be responsible for the look of the program. We would like to work with you as you develop this window, since there might be tweaks and so that you could try putting it into the real version of CrosuS so you can check how it looks with our skinning software. We can provide any icons or art that are needed, you only need to focus on the code. If you let me know what you need, I'll get it. I'm thinking that the top bar where it shows HOME, SOFTWARE, GAMES etc could be implemented as a custom ListView control which we could use in LargeIcon mode and have a custom drawing mode to do the highlighting that goes under the icon. For the individual items with thumbnails, this could also be a ListView with custom drawn items. The items need to be clickable so that we can handle the user clicking on an item or on the download arrow icon. For the bar on the left, I'm not sure what the best way to implement that would be, so you could implement that however you see fit. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
