Compile windows binary for OCAML software

The irextools-software that can be found at the following URL: [login to view URL] compiles without problems under Linux. I would need a binary installer for Windows XP. ## Deliverables This project requires the delivery of a compiled, binary package and installer for the irextools 0.3 that can be found at: [login to view URL] The software compiles without any problems on a Linux system. The software coder should deliver one executable installer that can be run on on a Windows XP system so that all necessary libraries are installed on the system and the irextools executables work according to their documentation (as they do on a Linux system after compiling and installing them). Changes in the configuration or installer scripts that are necessary to compile the script should be delivered and will be released under GPL.
