Angel Capital and Business Capital site.
[url removed, login to view] will allow borrowers looking for business loans or angel capital to register, enter a brief business plan, and have investors, lenders make offers to borrower.
Requirements Follow:
You will develop code for site as follows:
Users register on [url removed, login to view] single signon site (ASP.NET membership - we provide DB and code), login to our site and either apply for funding or register as service provider.
Please visit [url removed, login to view] for a good idea on how the site will function.
When user registers, they enter request for funding for loans or equity capital.
User then enters brief business plan and use of funds.
Next, they see a screen that tells them how many lenders/investors want to look at their deal.
Next, if not already paid members, they must pay a fee to have their plan delivered to lenders.
We will provide code for payment via [url removed, login to view] and Check101.com. You need to code when payment approved.
Next, users be notified via email as activity on their account occurs. Lenders, or other service providers matching criteria are also notified by email, although they may elect to be notified only once per day or week.
Activity includes a lender expresses interest, ot other activity.
A portal page will display list of lenders, after user logs in.
This list will include lenders, angel investors, venture capital firms, etc., that match our criteria in our database.
The above service providers may or may not be [url removed, login to view] paid members. Some of the service providers may actually be links to affiliate programs for credit card applications, custom links to lender sites, etc.
Additional requirements in Deliverables section below.
Expected completion is 30-45 days for 1 full-time mid-level developer.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. Buyer will assist in deployment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4)Code belongs to Tamion Corp. This is work for hire. You, as Developer, retain NO rights to code developed by you. Third party components require pre-approval, in writing(email), before use.
5)Must code to Tamion standards. Ease of use as important as functionality.
6)Ability for service providers to register and list parameters for deals they seek, such as deal size, geographical area they serve, etc.
Lenders will have portal page of their matching deals to review. They can update with rejected, turned down, need more information, and approved.
Each of these items will trigger email to user, plus update user portal.
Must have ability to enter URL or applet code for service providers that appears on user portal page.
Site Admin should have ability to edit all pages on site. I will provide the membership roles you need to use for the various functions on the site.
Service provider links from main page will be at botton of home page. You will add links to our other sites at botton of pages. We will provide example. We may have over 22 sites, however, we may feature 3-5 sites, which would be more prominent.
## Platform
Windows 2003 server, SQL Server 2005 database, and asp.net code in VB.net. Session variables must use database for scalability.
You must use asp.net 2.0, with membership to code site. You will develop all graphics (we provide some) and all asp.net code to perform required functions.
