Clients can use our webiste to send bulk emails.
We have our own inhouse data base of email contacts.
The client uploads their private contact list and their email marketing info, and our website will match their quantity of uploaded contacts for free (maximum free is 10000) and send it out. Other options, which is billed, if the client wants additional 5000 10000 or 20000 etc, these will be billed via online payments.
Client will never know the email list which we provide, but we will collect their uploaded email list and add to our database.
Emails sent will always be Bcc.
The client email address is the orginator and is can also be replied to. Our website will never be the sender of the email, however, at the bottom of the email, will always have our website as the service provider appended.
Client can manage their email sending online and also schedule it for 1x or several times
Our website will use a Bulk Email sending 3rd party service which can protect the sender email address from being discontinued and accuse of spamming by their ISP
Regular automated housekeeping:
eliminate duplicate or invalid, inactive email address
There is a MASTER "Do not send" list as well a MASTER list for each client for each customer.
I am just giving the big picture, but I know much more details will be needed.
