I am looking for an application that would based on the input parameters connect to betfair website, monitor specific markets with defined refresh interval and output extracted data into a csv files. The application has to use Betfair free API - details can be found in [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] A big advantage for a coder is previous experience with Betfair APIs. Assumed inputs and algorithm: 1. take as an input username/password and market_id of Betfair market (or text string), e.g. something like "Soccer - Fixtures / Fixtures 23 December / Aston Villa v Man Utd" 2. the application would retrieve this market id and all market ids below this market in the betfair event tree (i.e. Asian Handicap, Correct Score, Odd or Even, Match Odds, etc.) 3. for each market it would retrieve some market attributes (available in the API) and all the selections and its current odds/stakes/etc. information (again all info available in the API) 4. the output will be one csv file (one row per each market, one row per each selection extracted - the number of fields for these two types of rows can be different) Optionally, following other configuration variables should be supported -> refresh rate of markets -> list of substrings to identify markets that should not be scanned -> output directory -> in play markets supported (flag yes/no) Detailed structure of the csv will be provided later (generally, all the information that will be in the csv are available from the Betfair API or can be very easily determined from these values). I have very good idea of what exactly am I looking for so if you have any questions I would be happy to answer asap. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
