Backup Software for Online Backup Service

I am wanting a program that will run under windows 98, ME, 2000 & XP. To do remote backups to an FTP server. It will need to have some sort of file encryption and be able to do incremental backups to the server. Email logs and scheduling would be a must.

Also I need to add that

*It will need to do restore from the server too.

*Must be able to backup files and folders, multiple files, and/or folders to a FTP server.

*Must have a easy to use GUI.

* It maybe that it does not need to backup to an FTP but there could be 2 apps client and server?

Software will be used for online backup service for my customers so it would have to be secure and automatic once setup.

This is the second time i have had this on RAC the first coder stung me a long for a month with no results, so i am going to need this very soon, and i need results ASAP. So someone that has done an app like this before.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
