Automatic emailer

I need a software that will send out 2 automatic emails that sync to my google calendar. The first email will be generated once an appointment is set and will confirm the date, time, sales rep going out to see them, and a little bit of information or bio about the company and sales rep. The second email will be automatically generated once the appointment date and time is passed thanking the customer for their time and asking if they had any questions in regards to the estimate they were given ## Deliverables I would like the automatic emails to be configurable through an HTML format. So if I need to make changes, all I will have to do is change the html codes.
