Audio output changer for windows 7

I need an application for myself that can change the sound output and input with an hotkey which i desire for windows 7 OS.

Must: hotkey ( entered from keyboard ), detects my sound devices, option to start with windows, should work while whatcing full screen videos, playing games and using applications

prefered: system tray icon, simple interface, installation

i need this application for my personal use. So i have a low budget for it.
