Add form to MS access DB

Hello I have very small MS Access database. It contain 2 very similar tables and 6 queries and 1 macro for importing data to thi table. This database contain data about bank activity (dates of payments, category of payment, amount paid and several other not relevant fields). I need three things to be done: 1. Create form with 3 buttons/tabs or any other control to switch view a)Year view b)Curret month view c)Last month view 2. Each view must contain - Amount at the begining of this period: Calculated as summ of all activity before this begin period - Amount at the end of this period: Calculated as summ of all activity before this end period - chart diagram (it must look like this [login to view URL](2003)_files/images/[login to view URL] Can be even simpler, but must contain color bars for each category) Each bar represent day for month view and month for year view. Each part of bar must specify how big amount was spend by that category and colored differently. And some legend, to show which color mean which category 3. Run macro (existent) automaticall on start and show automaticall form Please put at bid and let me know, how long it take to do it.
