I need a very small windowless ActiveX Object with one function that inserts some registry keys. I will need to have this strong named and I will be signing by verisign. I think it should be ATL, but I'm not set on that. Time is pretty important, but this itn't too hard of a project. As in the deliverables section, I need the source so that I can change the registry keys as needed. I have Visual Studio .NET 2002 to do this.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The server is a Windows 2003 and the client is required to be Windows due to other client app compatibility.
