An Access 2007 form

I am looking for a form to be built in Access 2007. See attached graphic. PLease read and if you have nay questions please let me know. The attachment also has the database to work with. The form will have 2 list boxes. One on the left side and one on the right side. Each will contain the data shown in the attached graphic. The form will also have a command button called Switch. User Interface 1. You must select a client from the left side When you select the row the information will appear above the left list. 2. Select one from the right side. The list on the right side will not have the one selected on the left side. When you select the row the information will appear above the right list. 3. Right side lists Unit + Bed + Client First Name + Client Last Name 4. Left side lists Unit + Bed + Client First Name + Client Last Name but should not contain the entry on the right side. 5. When you click on the Switch button. Put up a msgbox which asks the user if They want to switch. 6. For the left side Write a new record in the table Bed_Schedule? with Start date = todays date End date = End date of its current Schedule ID AdmissionID = right side AdmissionID UnitID = right side unit ID BedID = right side bed ID Status = 1 write the system date into the enddate of the current ScheduleID ? 7. For the right side Write a new record? in the table Bed_Schedule? with Start date = todays date End date = End date of its current Schedule ID AdmissionID = left side AdmissionID UnitID = left side unit ID BedID = left side bed ID Status = 1 ## Deliverables The attached doc will show how the form should be constructed.
