Access (VBS) Donor program

We need two items. A VB programmer wrote a VB program in Access. Code Need #1 When we give it to other nonprofits to use, they only way we can give it to them is with all our records on it. We just ask them to delete our records and start with theirs. What our programmer didn't do is make a "starters template." If we had a starters template, this is what we'd offer to others. It's geared for nonprofit radio stations especially. Code Need #2 The VB software, as is, makes us change the date on the computer in order to display a donors last year's donation record. We need to be able to choose a year when when we select an individual donors receipt record. Could this be programmed in? I will send the macro (albeit it will have the donor records with it due to problem 1 above) and the coder could take it from there (hopefully). I think this is about a $100 job or perhaps less. For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Will prepay as needed.
