custom inventory management application

I want one PHP based Inventory management application specific to my needs for our in-house use. It will be used to maintain IT products. Features expecting to be in the application are - - A dashboard for future enhancements - Role based authentication - Maintain category (add / edit / delete / view) - maintain inventory (add / edit / delete / view) - Transfer inventory - Create reports and export on Excel / PDF - Include "inventory" in your message if you read these. In absence of this word, your bid will not be considered. - Searching and sorting Everything related to project including but not limited to graphics, source code and everything will be given and after gone through the code and if found its clean then only payment will be done.
