create a custom script for us

We are looking for someone to help us with building a custom script. The end product needs to look similar to [login to view URL], or [login to view URL] or quizjungle.com. basically a quiz where the user takes a quiz on the first page. registers on the 2nd page. has to confirm their email to continue the survey. then has about 10-30 pages of campaigns that we can add/edit in the path & then the quiz results on the last page. we need the admin panel to be user friendly, like WYSIWYG type of user friendly. where we can easily add/edit the campaigns in the path, or create new quizzes. This project will also need to have proxy detection & an email verification program installed into it as well as various other anti-fraud techniques to ensure that it is not being manipulated. Once this project is complete we will need periodic updates to the script to keep it running properly. we also have another project after this one for a virtual game application to be used on facebook.
