I am looking to get a web site done with all the same functionality of (bid a builder . com) take a look at it and get all the functionality from that. other requirements: posting projects should be done: 1- only text so they are bad word filtered and then automatically approved 2- sent to a approving section that an admin can look at and approve if they put pictures in the project. posted projects go to contractors thru sms and email and this has to be validated in sign up and also can be updated later on by the contractors and they can reply to it. for contractors or clients pay subscriptions fee monthly or yearly after this site is up and running with a good base of users. this needs to be automatically adjustable for zip codes of the contractors I will use openX for ad management which will be integrated into the site so contrctors can post ads All source code will be provided to me after developer has completed the project and I reserve the copyright ownership to the source code after this I will want to know how to backup the data base that this runs on for disaster recovery if needed. other small pages in it for posting information that the admins can keep up. I would like this done in .php and mysql.
