changes to a GURU FREELANCERS MARKETPLACE PRO script

I need some changes to a GURU FREELANCERS MARKETPLACE PRO script.

The new site will provide a SEO platform for companies and workers. The companies (buyer) after login will upload the keywords and url for what they want to go up in google,...for a price evaluation. The site will give them a price based on some data retrieve from google keyword tools . If they agree (buyer) will upload the amount in escrow account . Each end of the week they will receive a rapport with the keywords submitted. At the end of each mount they will receive a complete rapport and a invoice . The amount will be deducted from the escrow and payed to the worker .

The worker (provider) after login will see a panel with all keywords and url uploaded by the buyers and the price for taken the keyword to first position on google . The worker can chose the keywords he want to work on, after that, he will be taken to a page, a panel with just the keywords chosen for work . They will receive the same rapports as the buyers , and at the end of the week will receive the payment too.
