the project is to create a website where we can post jobs on a visible board (details of job are withheld) where contractors (registered users) can then bid on the jobs and then we can choose who to award them to. we need to be able to post the value of the jobs and take either a percentage of the value or a fixed amount as commission. all code should be passed to us after the project is complete. paypal integration needs to be included
