Develop Wordpress MU website

I am interested in working with an expert software developer to help me create a new website based on the existing Wordpress MU platform. Proof of experience and references will be reviewed from your best 5 Wordpress MU work. Less than 5 available and dont bother bidding, Provide more than 5 and I will not bother reading. The Project will involve a new theme, creating a new or developing existing email plugins. The job also needs changes to some of the existing MU settings and default backend layouts. Work changing the way emailing is done. This is important and I need evidence of experience in this field before I can Hire someone. I need to have different users able to login into multiple blogs. I would like some users (not all) to be able to link to custom profiles of some users within the site. (not the default profiles provided by WP). So some work will be needed with the roles and priveleges of users. A custom homepage with a search window for blogs and profiles and window to log into any blogs created on the site. Everything must be operational from the latest wordpress app available on the Iphone3GS. I will supply graphics and a plan of layout, but would need help integrating these into the site through the theme, so just software code and setup is required.
