Design & Coding of Wordpress Classified Themed Website

I have a Wordpress theme that needs to be modified. The theme can be found from here: [url removed, login to view]
1. I need to know why the website is so slow to upload to the browser and navigate. It is very slow.
2. Should I get a dedicated server or what can I do to make it faster? You will need to be able to make the site faster or do I need a whole new classified site?
3. You might have to upload the classipress again.
4. If I need to get a dedicated server you will need you to take care of the transfer.
5. Also I need design edits done on the site.
6. There is one 3 levels of categories
a. 1st level parent category - State
b. 2nd level sub category – city
c. 3rd level 2nd sub category – This is where the ads should show. Before this the ads should not show up. You will need to be able to edit this.

What I basically need is someone to help design the classified site and make it faster. This will be a long term relationship if it all goes well. I will keep you as my web designer.
