I've purchased a customizable Wordpress theme (Thesis) and have installed it. I need someone who has both graphic design skills and web know-how to create a banner and customize the theme for my blog. I've identified the elements I want to include and have a rough idea of the layout, but I need someone who is creative and can come up with a design for the layout. I'll need to see examples of past work before making a decision.
