Custom Facebook Covers

I am looking to have someone design a website (or simply the canvas functionality which I can add to a website myself) which allows custom Facebook covers to be produced. The website will be a simple single page design, with a blank canvas the same dimensions as a Facebook cover photo.(851X315). A control panel will allow the user to do a number of things on the canvas, as detailed below. Upload Background - Allowing the user to select from a colour palette or upload an image as there background. Control panel features: This can be resized through a zoom feature. Upload image - Add individual images to the canvas. Control Panel features: These can be resized and moved around over background. Additional options include adding a border to these images. Add Text - Allows user to add text to the image. They can move the text box and change the font and colour. Ideally I would like around 15-20 different fonts available. They will be able to change the size of the font also. Effects - similar to iPhoto/Instagram effects, I would like the option to allow the user to change the contrast, and apply various effects to the image. To begin with a small number of effects can be used. Save image - users can then save their final image and even have the option to upload it directly to Facebook. Notes: For inspiration, I am looking for something similar to the functionality of this website: [login to view URL], however with a canvas which works more closely to this websites design and functionality [login to view URL] Around the border of the page I would like space for advertising, but as described before, the functionality of the canvas is the most important aspect of this project. I have attached an image of what is desired, however I would like the colour scheme to be blue and white similar to face books colours. The site will be working under the title "Custom Facebook Cover" and I am currently having a logo produced. I am open to revenue sharing of future earnings with this project, which will be established during implementation of project.
