Custom Buddypress/WordPress Multisite Development, Integration, Styling & Graphic Design

We are looking for an experienced Buddypress/WordPress Multisite Developer, but I am also looking for more of a capable sole freelancer or a group of under around 6 people that would also be able to do further projects for us. We need some custom styling, graphic design, custom development and custom Buddypress/bbPress integration with a wordpress theme of ours on a social e-Commerce network of ours on a wordpress multisite install.
