Crowd funding site

Hello, We are looking for a freelancer, maybe a team, that has some experience on building websites from scratch. We are looking to develop a crowd funding site, like : - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] Also we need to deploy a basic database that keeps the website information, and also information about the projects offered by the site. Some documents will be upload for every single project. So the main features for the site are: 1) Sign-up and login area. There are at least 3 different types of user, such as owner of the project, investor and admin. 2) Posting area for new projects. Posted projects should be also accesible from this area, in case they need any kind of update. There must be a file uploader in the section. 3) Search module that allows users to look for projects, applying filters for 5-10 criteria. 4) Project profile area, where the users can read the main features of the project, download (if access is granted) files that contain more information, and make a bid on the project. 5) Messaging module, where two or more users could maintain a conversation. It is not necessary to be a live chat. 6) Online calculator, based on predefined rules that allows user to get simple ratios of the project feasibility. 7) As a Database feature, the projects should have a deadline, so there must be a timer (not live) that checks how much time the project offering has left. Then, when a checkpoint is reached, the database should have triggers that launch some messages (via email, or PM), to the users or admins. 8) Last, but not least, we need a VPS, or a gateway payment to receive the payments from the users. At least Paypal will be required. Spanish speakers are encouraged to bid, there will be a second phase that comprehends full-site translation. These are the main features that the sites needs, when developing starts there will be a phase that includes site design and listing of all the features, in close contact with the developer, where its/their experience will be really helpful.
