Create a Pop Under Script for a webpage

We Need a Simple popunder script that should work flawlessly on all the browsers with minimum user interruption...

just a small script where on clicking the desired button, should open up the offer AND ALSO a new popUNDER window with the desired link,should not affect the user experience by intruding or by being a POP UP....

will be used for ppv FYI..
