Corporate Real Estate Re-Design and CMS System

Looking for a redesign for a Commercial Real Estate web site. Web Site must have an easy to use Content Management System and Client Log In. Web Site was designed and programmed but looking for a better design and better CMS functionality. Looking for a programmer/designer with a proven track record, quick and accurate. Must have a CMS system that can be viewed online. Our biggest compalint now is the CMS system on the site is hard to use and navigate. Looking for the same layout and color scheme just need to update the look and feel of the site and backend. Will provide link to current site for bid winner. 1. CMS System - - Ability to add/edit/delete navigation. - Ability to add/edit/delete additional pages. - Ability to add/edit/delete pictures and text on entire site. (Have pictures automatically resize when uploaded. - Ability to have main picture rotate randomly. - Ability to grant permissions for specific users to view certain files and content when logged in. - Ability to upload and display video, PDF, word and other documents. - Ability to insert and add/update/edit/delete news articles to be displayed on main page and archive to news page. (User current site as example). - Ability to insert and add/update/edit/delete news items (also have ability to insert pictures/logos/links if necessary. - Ability to send out e-mail to specific users or entire client database via backend. E-mail will have the same look and feel (design) as the web site. - Ability to change form e-mail address or send to multiple e-mail addresses. - Ability to insert google antalytics code for every page. (Ability to insert the code in one section of the backend and code automaticcly inserts into every page.) - Ability to add/edit/change Meta Title, Description and Keywords for every page. - Ability to create listings (using listing types and form fileds from current web site). These are to be displayed in a format that looks very professinal and easy to view to include pictures, links, or files to be attached to listings. (these files can be set to public view or only to be viewed by a group of clients or 1 specifc clinet.) - Ability to create rediential listings on site. - Ability to add/edit/delete/grant permissions to site users - Ability to view certain files/change password and update client info. 2. Front End - - Input current navigation links/pictures and text from current site. - Client Log On - View current listings (same listing types and same form fields present on site now) - Random text quotes to be displayed on main page. - Sign up for newsletter function. - Contact Form - Form will be mailed to a e-mail addresses defined in the admin section. 3. Client Log In- - Ability to view certain files and content. - Ability to update customer info (e-mail, address, Phone # etc.) - Ability to send messages to form e-mail address.
