Convert existing html site to wordpress or static site generator

We have an existing site [login to view URL] and we would like to convert it to a Wordpress site. The current site is built in freeway but the html code (or whatever else) can be provided. We want the site converted as is - exactly, and we will then manage it going forward. We need to know that pages such as the FAQs (and all others) will look exactly as they do today while also allowing us to make changes without special css coding. I believe there is about 17 pages but you can review the site at www.pretaxhealth.com. In addition, the blog (link at top of page) was built in properous which is no longer available. The blog must have the same look and feel as the site.
If the developer is familiar with static site generators and can convert the site to a static site generator such as jekyl then this would be even better that the WP alternative.
