I am starting a B2B conference company and need to build an event website for a conference we are holding in 2013. We have bought the desired domain name, have a WordPress account and the site is hosted on Bluehost. What we need is for a developer to make a good looking conference website with pages for the agenda, brochure download, speakers, registration, etc. We also need to have webforms built into the site to capture data (and autoresponders), as well as a payment system to be part of the site. The site would need to look and have the functionality of something like this: [login to view URL] There would also be small periodic updates that will be needed (every week or so) to be made to the site, so we would expect to pay for those later updates on an hourly basis and for the developer to be available to make updates the site with a 24 hours notice.
