Complete Website Design Needed - Easy Project

Hi There!! I need someone to create a website for me similar to this website fixmyphotos.com. We will be offering the same type of services the only difference with our site is, we don't want people to have to make an account and log-in etc... We want a simple What service do you want, a place for the client to upload there picture, a small message section that can type explain what they want us to focus on their teeth, acne etc... last but not least we want a check out payment thing at the bottom... paypal. Were looking for a well designed professional site that isn't overwhelming with different pages etc. Homepage: Will have some before and after pictures as well as the 3 different services we offer, each service will have a link to a new page where they can upload their picture and check out. Their upload and payment must go directly to us. Once their payment is complete we would like to have something to say thank you for your purchase your retouched photo will be emailed back to you in 1-3 business days. We will also need a contact us page. That should about do it.
