Comparitive Analysys Program

I am looking for a programmer/developer who will create a self installation php software program that will run off our main site. The program/software will be completely php written and use the mysql database. The script will utilize search spiders that will automatical search, post and update information on a daily basis. All in all I would like the end user to be able to see/watch the comprehensive data, information/statistics of any competitors on the desktop of any computer in my office. I would like graph and charts and an updated image of our competitors website everytime they change or add something to their website. Think your up for the challenge? Will be waiting for you.
