Classified Ad Website

We need a coder to create a new website, using Wordpress and the AppThemes CressiPress clasified ad theme ([login to view URL]). NOTE: We require the site to have country, state, and cities. Each city will have it's own list of classified ads. The site will need to have all the functions of the ClassiPress site. Countries, States, and Cities should be listed on the right side of the page. Visitors should see the list and be able to click on the city of their choice. After clicking USA, the states should drop down. After clicking "California" the cities for California should drop down. Then the visitor can click the state they want. The same thing will happen for other countries, as they are added. This must be completed in 3 days, including Saturday and Sunday. I will purchase the theme and provide access to download. I will provide cPanel and FTP access to our server.
